Waterboys. There have been many wonderful songs about the sea, after all it is a mysterious body of water and makes for a very romantic vista. As well as 'This is the Sea' by the Waterboys, you might have 'The Ocean' by Richard Hawley, nearly anything from 'Pacific Ocean Blue' by Denis Wilson, or 'Sloop John B' by his brother, Brian.
